⭐ Use of Our Service

You may browse and shop on our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior when using our Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

⭐ Products & Availability

We offer limited-edition drops and exclusive collections. This means:

  • Quantities are limited

  • Once a product is sold out, it may not return

  • Colors and details may appear slightly different due to display variations

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

⭐ Pricing

All prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), including VAT. Prices may change without prior notice.

Promotions and discounts are valid only within announced timeframes.

⭐ Orders & Payment

We currently offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Other payment options coming soon

When placing a COD order, you agree to:

  • Be present or reachable at delivery

  • Pay the full amount upon arrival of the order

We may contact you to confirm your order before shipping.

⭐ Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order:

  • Anytime before delivery arrives

Once the delivery attempt has begun, the order cannot be canceled.

⭐ Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery without a valid reason:

  • Lions Wear may temporarily or permanently restrict your ability to place future COD orders

  • Repeated refusal may result in account deactivation

We always allow one exception for honest mistakes ✔

⭐ Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is available only in Morocco:

  • Casablanca: 12h – 24h

  • Nearby cities: 24h – 48h

  • Other cities: 48h – 72h

Delays may occur due to factors such as public holidays, weather, or carrier issues.

⭐ Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted under strict conditions.

📌 Summary:

  • 5-day window after delivery

  • Tags attached — unworn — original packaging

  • Defects → Lions Wear covers shipping cost

  • Size exchange → Customer covers shipping cost

  • Refund only if replacement unavailable in defective case

All content on this website (designs, logos, text, photos) is the property of Lions Wear and may not be used without written consent.
