We currently deliver only within Morocco.

⭐ Delivery Time Estimates

Once your order is confirmed, expected delivery times are:

  • Casablanca: 12h – 24h

  • Nearby cities: 24h – 48h

  • Other Moroccan cities: 48h – 72h

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as:

  • Carrier limitations

  • Public holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

⭐ Order Processing & Confirmation

We may contact you to:

  • Confirm your address and availability

  • Confirm your order details

  • Schedule delivery with the carrier

Orders are shipped only after confirmation.

⭐ Shipping Fees

In most cases, shipping is free with standard delivery for Lions Wear drops and offers.
If any shipping fee applies, it will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.

⭐ Cash On Delivery (COD)

All orders are currently processed using Cash on Delivery.
You agree to:

  • Pay the full order amount upon delivery

  • Be available to receive the package

We will introduce online payment options in the future.

⭐ Unreachable or Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts:

  • Delivery may be rescheduled

  • Or the order may be returned to us

  • We may contact you again before taking further action

Repeated failure to receive COD deliveries may impact future orders from the customer.

⭐ Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered:

  • Photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

We will assist you and take action with the shipping partner if needed.

Please ensure that:

  • Your phone number is correct

  • Your delivery address is accurate

  • Someone is available to receive the order

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details.
